Context:

Designed as a contemporary way to hold your accessories, hydration and snacks during long indoor winter rides. The table system is made from three solid timber push fit legs with a rubber inlay on the top to stop your items moving around or sliding when things get sweaty.

The parts break down easily to store when the table is not in use and the tripod design helps it to find its own level, whether it is on a hard wood floor in your living room or a uneven garage floor.

Manufacturing:

Top Surface:

Designed as an injection molded unit out of HDPE. It houses the complexity of the design with the tight tolerances needed for the push fit legs and snug fitting of the rubber inlay.

Rubber Inlay:

A TPE rubber insert can be made using a CNC cutter from sheet material or tooled for injection molding. It has texture to both sides to help grip and stop the inlay sliding around in use.

Solid Timber Legs:

Machined from 35mm solid timber dowels, the range covers European Oak, American Walnut and European Beech. They are interchangeable in form and allow the other parts to be stocked as a common componet with the kit only being packaged to the customers specification once the order is activated.
