Building Individuality: Changing lives, one Annexe at a time

The development and design of single story “Granny” Annexes for clients on a bespoke basis to suit individual personal and site needs. They are cassette built SIPS panels that are then constructed on site.

My work covers the entire process from sitting in initial design meetings through to contract and technical drawings and pre-compliance assessments with building control.

Every home created, face a different set of challenges, from understanding bespoke medical and access requirements, complex site installations, to local planning stipulations and building control regulations.
